Best Ways to Legally structure multiple businesses

Forming Separate LLCs

Forming separate LLCs for each of your businesses is the best possible way to legally structure your business with the least amount of risk. The best part is that all your businesses are completely independent of one another. Let's suppose you have two companies, A and B. If someone was to sue company A, there would be absolutely no effect on company B. If you're running two companies in two different industries like tech or fashion, separate LLCs are the way to go.
