One of, if not the, best ways to consume spirulina is in a smoothie. It is super high in nutrients and antioxidants and gives you a great boost without adding too much vegetal taste.
Just add a scoop or two of spirulina powder to any smoothie, such as banana/pineapple, or blueberry/almond milk, any kind you like, and blend. It's a great addition because of its health properties, and the fact that it's shelf stable so you don't have to worry about the bag going bad if you don't use it right away.
