High Quality Calories

To help the dog gain a healthy weight, you need to make sure that you are feeding the right type of calories to the dog. A high-quality feed should contain premium meat that provides the right blend of fat and protein. Talk to a vet to change the dog food you are using or find supplements that can fatten up your dog a little.

Sound it out

Most words can be sounded out to figure out, and to more easily remember, the spelling of the word. Go slow, and sound out each syllable "pho-net-ic-ally". While there are certain sounds, such as "ph" and "f" that need to be memorized for certain words, going slow and sounding out words can be a huge help for someone struggling with their spelling. As you use this tactic, you will start to notice patterns and gain a greater understanding of words, and you will start to spell faster, and eventually not need to sound out at all.

Distribute non-cash rewards

Do you want to thank an employee for putting extra hard work into a certain project? You do not always have to rely on monetary incentives to show gratitude. Instead, you can reward them with public recognition or by giving them a gift voucher via email. If you feel generous, you can also go for universally-appealed gifts such as movie tickets.

Let your employees know that you have multiple ways to appreciate them. Reward them differently so every employee could have fun. Distribute non-cash rewards

Drink with water

Drinking apple cider vinegar can be a very unpleasant experience if you try to drink it without diluting it. Apple cider vinegar is highly acidic and can cause damage to your teeth and esophagus if you drink it alone. If you want to increase your intake of apple cider vinegar, dilute 1-2 tablespoons of ACV with a glass of water. This will make it easier to drink and minimize any damage to your mouth and airways.
