Soak your scrubs in boiling water

This method only works for specific types of materials (like cotton). Also, you will need to make sure that the water is not just warm, it’s boiling.

To use this method, boil a bucketful of water. Next, carefully put the scrubs in the water with a pair of tongs and let them soak for 5-10 minutes.

Remove the scrubs and let them dry out.

Realize that willpower and motivation are not sufficient

Most people believe that motivation and willpower are all you need to change your mindset. False, because you first need to understand the ‘whys’ causing hindrances. We all know that willpower and motivation are hard to maintain, especially if you have a negative mindset.

It does not take time for people to give up on their habits. They try it for a month and then let go of them completely. The key to changing the mindset permanently is to be consistent in everything you do. Only then can you live on the idea that you actually achieved something in your life.

Show Recognition

If the customer coming is a regular or a loyal customer who has been with you for a long time, you need to show some recognition. Everyone loves recognition and for a person to know that they are valued in a place they frequently shop at is pretty flattering. Show some signs of recognition. Maybe try remembering the name of their kid, their dog, and mention it to them when they come in the next time.

Paint a wall in rich color

Choose a dark color that contrasts well with your light-colored walls and paint one wall. I have painted the wall touching my bedroom blue and it really goes well with other walls (cream-white).

Even though I hate dark colors on the wall, the trend is changing quickly. The interior designers are focusing on contrasting walls instead of one-colored walls. A dark-color painted wall does not only catch attention but also adds focus and warmth to the room.

To spice up, even more, you can hang a picture frame or fairy lights.Paint a wall in rich color

Buy an epilator with more tweezers

If you’re reading this before making the purchase, make sure you choose an epilator with a higher number of tweezers. More tweezers mean less pain. This way, you’ll minimize skin irritation as well as the pain of your hairs being plucked from the roots.
