Aluminum Foil

Aluminum foil is a great way to not only get rid of rust but form a protective layer of aluminum that slows down the rust as well. This soft metal combined with water does a fairly decent at removing rust without scratching the chrome.

Keep your home clean

One of the easiest ways to keep your house roach-free is to clean it thoroughly and keep it as clean as possible. Cockroaches are attracted to crumbs, garbage, pet food and absolutely anything left out on a counter. After meals, make sure to wash your dishes and put them away. Also, clean up any crumbs on your countertops and floors. All leftovers should be put away and trash should be taken out. Another thing that is easy to miss is the stovetop. Make sure there is no grease or crumbs left there as well.

Using a food processor

Peanut butter is pretty easy to make, all you need is a food processor, a few cups of peanuts, and a splash of oil. All other ingredients, such as vanilla, sugar, and salt are entirely optional.

Using a food processor

First, plug your food processor in and add the peanuts. Let the processor run four about five minutes. They will start to crumble, then as the oils in the peanuts start to heat up, they will then form a dry ball. Let run until more of the oils are released and the mixture slowly turns into liquid peanut butter.

You may add some peanut oil or neutral flavored oil to thin out the peanut butter or expedite the peanut butter making process. You may also add a pinch of salt, a splash of vanilla, and some sugar or honey to enhance the flavor. If you like the texture of crunchy peanut butter, stir in some finely chopped peanuts at the end.

Once you're happy with the flavor and texture, you may put your fresh peanut butter in a jar and store in the fridge.

Make a smoothie

If you're looking for a more subtle way of adding cottage cheese into your diet, there are easy ways to mix into your favorite foods. One of the easiest ways to include cottage cheese is through your morning smoothie. Including cottage cheese with milk and fruit can take your smoothie to the next level. It adds much needed protein and nutrients to an already healthy snack. Experiment with different fruits and milks to find your favorite taste.

Kindle Unlimited

Kindle Unlimited costs $ 9.99 per month from Amazon for unlimited access to 1 million titles on Kindle devices/apps. It is also extended to some periodicals and audiobooks, and the audio and text can be synced to the last place you heard/read using the Whispersync for Voice feature. It works on any device that supports the Kindle app, and it's pretty much everything.

With Amazon Kindle, you can have access to thousands of ebooks across different genres for a one-time monthly subscription.

Epilation

Epilators come in a wide range, and their price ranges between $5-$50. You can charge and reuse them for removing body hair. It can be a painful way to remove public hair but the hair grows back thinner and smaller after epilation.

To significantly reduce hair growth with the use of an epilator, use it every 30-40 days or when the hair grows back again.

Epilation

Take a warm bath, or exfoliate the skin to open the pores. Dry your skin and hold the epilator close to the skin, and move it in strokes against the hair growth. Hold the skin tight with the other hand and wash with water when done.

Don’t use water when using the epilator. Making it wet can be dangerous because it might give you an electric shock as it is an electronic device.

Try the 4 7 8 technique

A great way to destress is by controlling your breathing. Controlling your breathing keeps you centered and aware of your body, and less prone to panicking and letting anxiety get the better of you.

The 4 7 8 technique can help significantly with stress. First breathe in quietly through your nose for 4 seconds, then hold for 7. Slowly breathe out through your mouth, making a "woosh" sound, to the count of 8.

This makes you more aware of your breathing, which relaxes your involuntary nervous system. The involuntary nervous system regulates the heart, digestion, and of course, breathing. Practicing this technique often will also increase blood circulation, making you less prone to anxiety.

Practice whenever you're starting to feel stressed, or as a daily meditation habit.
