Best Ways to Reset your body

Drink Smoothies

No, we are not talking about fancy beverages you find at Starbucks. You need natural fruits and vegetable smoothies that nourish your body.

Save some great recipes and head to the grocery store to find fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts for the smoothies. Don’t buy too much of the same item. Try a different smoothie every day to give your body a blend of all kinds of vitamins and minerals.

Instead of skipping breakfast, chop some of your favorite fruits, separate the seeds and toss them in a Nutri-Blender. If you like add some seeds and nuts along with a pinch of salt. Take it with you to work and cleanse your body.

Buy High-Quality Food

The quality of the food you eat matters. Organic produce is healthier therefore you should always buy the highest quality of dairy, meat, and vegetables you can afford. Avoid eating processed foods and stick to healthier diet plans that are easy on the stomach.

Better quality food means more nutrition. A calorie is a calorie so be mindful of what you eat in a day. You could either spend a lot of money on eating a lot of unhealthy and poor quality food or you could spend your money wisely to buy the right food which is high quality and also good for your body.

Spend Time in Nature

Humans were not designed by nature to live in houses and busy cities. To reset your body, you need to connect with nature. Go to a place that has fresher air, grass and streams or mountains. Spend some time under the naked sky and sunlight.

Plan a picnic day, hike, or go camping to relax and invigorate yourself. Stay off-the-grid for a day and read, write, or communicate with your friend or partner.

Set a Sleep Schedule

Being well-rested is crucial for a healthy mind and body. Everyone has different sleep needs. If you are an adult, sleeping for 6 hours might be enough for you. Figure out what is stopping you from having a good night’s sleep. It could be your thoughts, a rattling sound at night, or your old mattress. Fix these problems and sleep until you wake up well-rested and excited to start your day.
