Drinking water supports all of our body's functions, and many of us don't get enough. Water is great for debloating, as it can gently push the cause of the bloat out of your system, as well as giving your organs the fuel they need to function efficiently. They can also both increase your metabolic rate, thus de-bloating you faster.
