With Bobby Pins or Paperclips

Home locks are often designed keeping privacy in mind rather than security. If you have small children in the house, it’s particularly useful to know how to open these locks without a key.

Interior home locks have a tiny hole in the middle which gives access to its unlock mechanism.

To pick these locks, grab a bobby pin or a paperclip, and insert it into the lock’s hole.

At the end of the hole’s inside will be a pressure switch which opens the door when pressed.

Create Office Space

To work from home, you need a functional office. A functional office suits your work needs. It should have all the items you would need while working. If you would need a printer, stationery, or files, keep everything in one place so that you don’t get distracted when you move to fetch them.

Highlight the importance of education

Education empowers the poor to pave their own way to their economic well-being without requiring much assistance from the government or other institutions. Without adequate education, however, there’s hardly any scope for the poor to address their financial distress. Lack of formal education significantly diminishes the prospects of the youth. Private educational institutions are out of the poor population’s reach. Therefore, it becomes imperative that the government solidifies the framework and functioning of public schools and impart education at zero or nominal cost. Additionally, governments, NGOs, and even you (if you're reading this looking for ways to help) should aim to highlight the importance of education among the poor who would rather send their children to earn wages rather than to school.

Time it well

Intricately plan the evening, and time everything well. Especially the moment when you’ll go down on one knee and pop the question. You need to properly time not just the evening, but even the day. For example, Valentine’s Day and New Year seem to be a hot favorite, but other than that a pleasant summer evening is just as romantic.

Use Google photos

If you're looking for a way to keep your photos stored online, use the free storage provided to you by your Google account! Google photos keeps your phots stored online so that you can access them from any device. It's also a great way to free up space on your phone. Upload your photos into Google photos and then delete them from your phone. Your Google app will keep them easily accessible, but they won't take up as much space.

Hold assets for a longer term

It’s always a good idea to invest with a view to build wealth. However, when you sell an asset to book profits in the short term, your capital gain is termed as short-term capital gain. Holding the same asset (real estate, bonds, mutual fund units, etc.) for more than a year brings along the benefit of a favorable tax treatment for long-term capital gains.

Long term capital gains are taxed on preferential basis depending on your income level at 0, 15, and 20 percent. Short term capital gains, on the flip side, are taxed at the taxpayer’s ordinary income tax rate.

Minimize water usage

Minimize the frequency of car washes as appropriate to lower the energy consumed for treating, pumping, and heating water. For watering your plants, switch to drip irrigation to make efficient use of water. When shopping for faucets, showerheads, washing machines, dishwashers, or toilets – make choices that are water efficient.

Keep it simple

Long and complex names are a big put-off. You need a name that helps your customers remember it quickly. It should be appealing and pleasant, and possibly something that kindles a positive emotion.

If you have ever had to ‘explain’ your business name, you know that you chose the wrong name. It’s fine if you’d like to be a little clever with the name, but overdoing it is a bad idea.
