Treat Him Like a King for One Day

Treating him like a King means saying yes to whatever he says. On a weekend or a day when you want to surprise your boyfriend, say “Yes, my Lord!” or “Your will is my command” to everything he asks for. When he asks for food, get it for him or cook him food. If he asks you to drive him around, wash his car or snuggle with him in bed, do it. Make sure that you shower him with attention to surprise him.

Keep expansion in mind

Avoid difficult and long names that are hard to remember, no matter how much you love it. Pick a name that leaves you with an opportunity to expand the business later. I mean, what if “Amazon” was named “OnlineBooks”, instead? Where would they be now! You don’t want to limit your business to a specific product or region. And before you decide on a name, run a thorough internet search to see if there’s any other business of the same name.

Avoid Backhanded Compliments

Sometimes women might find a genuine compliment insulting although you did not mean to offend them because you unintentionally insult something that is important to them. Calling a girl “Too pretty to be a teacher” might sound offensive to a woman who loves her job as a teacher. Make sure that you don’t compare her or call her better than something when giving compliments.

Bunny Sets the Rules

Now, when you are litter training the bunny, you want the bunny to litter in the litter box that lies at a place of your choice. But after a while, you notice that the bunny likes to pee in the corner of the room, or under your bed which can be very frustrating. To avoid this, place the litter box where the bunny likes to poop or pee.

If you fail to prepare, then you are preparing to fail. Co-ordinated negotiation is key, especially if you are in a team then you need to ensure that you are on the same page. You should find the alternative if your negotiation does not work out. It is called ‘BATNA’ which means “best alternative to negotiated agreement” or to put simply, what can you do if it does not work out.

Serotonin is produced in our body from tryptophan. Tryptophan is present in many foods that are rich sources of protein such as salmon, turkey, chicken, nuts, and seeds. It is also present in dairy products such as milk, butter, and cheese.

Research suggests that eating tryptophan-rich foods with some carbs can help the body produce serotonin. Ideally, consuming at least 30 grams of carbohydrates with a tryptophan-rich food can help the hormone make its way to your brain.
