Exercise daily

Exercising regularly improves lean muscles, eyesight, bone density, normalize blood pressure, and lowers cholesterol. To live a healthy and long life, you must exercise at least thrice a week, if not regularly. Even with a busy schedule, I manage to go for a run for 10 minutes. Exercise includes all physical activity, be it taking your dog to the part or spinning a hula hoop.

Doing aerobic exercise, that is cardio is great for your physical as well as mental health. It is effective in reducing tummy fat and other fat that builds up around your heart. A major improvement in your metabolism will most definitely improve your overall health.

Get enough Sleep

At least 8 hours of sleep a day is necessary to stay healthy. However, the busy schedules in today's world make it difficult for many people.

The brain needs those precious hours of sleep to function properly, that's why your reaction time is incredibly poor after a whole night spent studying for a test or prepare for a big presentation.

Your brain runs a 24-hour internal cycle. All the events spent in the day are stored in its short term memory, and during your sleep at night, they are backed up to its long term memory. When you don’t sleep the short-term memory fills up, just like a hard disk. You are going to face some extreme buffering and performance issues.

Your reaction time can dramatically increase when you wake up feeling fresh, after a good night's sleep.

Quickly research your date

Online dating apps are all over the place. It’s only natural that not everybody you meet online is going to an A+ person. So, it never hurts to do a little research before going on a date with someone you met on a dating website.

Don’t feel as though you are being creepy, because you’re not stalking them – just being smart about what you’re getting into.

That being said, it’s always best to take the findings of your research with a grain of salt. Often, the person’s online and offline personality differs significantly.

Alter your breathing method

Exercise your lungs to maintain optimum respiratory health. How, though, might you exercise your lungs?

Well, sick people tend to breathe using their upper chest and draw in more air, which in turn causes the oxygen levels in the body to drop. On the contrary, the ideal way to breathe is to inhale slowly from the diaphragm and through the nose, not the mouth.

With a knife

A spoon may seem ideal for stirring peanut butter, but natural peanut butter is so gloopy that it could easily get caught in the bowl of the spoon. A sturdy butter knife is ideal for getting into the crevices of a peanut butter jar, and when done, you can simply scrape off the excess on the rim of the jar.

Slowly insert your butter knife into your jar and stir. If the jar is quite full, you'll have to go slow to avoid spilling. Keep stirring until some of the oil is combined, then you can start going a little more vigorously. Keep stirring and smearing some of the big chunks against the inside of the jar, and you'll have perfectly homogenous peanut butter in no time.
