Best Ways to Whiten skin

Yoghurt Honey Mask

Like milk, yogurt contains enzymes that can gently lighten the skin. Honey has moisturizing and antibacterial properties. Together, the two ingredients form a nourishing mask. Mix one part honey and one part yogurt, then spread the mixture on your face and body. Let it sit for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.

Make sure to use plain, unsweetened yogurt. Sweetened or flavored yogurt will become too sticky.

Instead of honey, try mashing an avocado or use aloe. Both ingredients have a wonderful moisturizing effect.

Bleach Your Skin

Bleaching your skin is one of the quickest and easiest ways to whiten skin. Bleaching the skin has very little to no side effects and it can give effective results every time.

Some common side-effects of bleaching are irritation, redness, and a stinging sensation on the skin but they go away after a while. If the irritation is consistent, take off the cream and rub an ice-cube.

Always do a patch test before bleaching. Apply the bleach cream to a square inch section of skin on the back of your hand and take it off. Wait 12-24 hours. If no signs of irritation occur, use it on the face.

Wear Sunscreen

If you want to whiten your skin, wear sunscreen when you are out in the sun. Sun can give you a tan and you won’t even notice it until your skin starts looking quite darker than before.

Wear Sunscreen

Wearing sunscreen will stop the UV rays from entering through the skin. Rub a generous amount of sunscreen on the areas you want to whiten and protect from tanning while going out.

Exfoliation is about shedding the old skin cells so that the layer beneath is exposed. Exfoliation occurs naturally so it is natural and a great way to whiten skin. If you want quick results, you might have to go a little too far with exfoliation.

Use an exfoliating face or body wash or wear an exfoliating cream. If you have sensitive skin that can get irritated very soon, be gentle when exfoliating your skin and exfoliate twice a week.
