A simple Google search will give you plenty of PDF compression tools, or you could just use this one.
It’s pretty straightforward. You upload your file, and the tool begins compressing it. When it’s done, you’ll see a download button. Download it, and you’re done.
If you’ve created your file electronically and not by scanning, you can save your file as a “reduced size PDF.”
Launch Adobe Acrobat’s latest version and pull up the file you want to compress. Go to File > Save as other, and choose Reduced Size PDF. It will ask you to choose the version compatibility, choose and click OK to save.
