Baked Chicken Breasts

To bake chicken breasts, marinate them with a tablespoon of vinegar, a teaspoon of olive oil, a pinch of black pepper, and a dash of salt. You can also add paprika, onion powder, or any other seasoning of your choice. Poke small holes in the chicken breasts so that it absorbs the flavor of the marination. Leave it for 15 minutes.

Line a baking dish with aluminum foil or butter paper and brush it with oil. Place the chicken breasts on the sheet and place the dish in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F. Let it bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken breasts are cooked. Serve them hot with grated parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary on top.

Fried Chicken Strips

Cut chicken breasts in thin slices or strips and sprinkle salt. In a bowl mix bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken strips in the bread crumbs mixture and deep fry the chicken in a skillet at medium heat. Eat them hot with your favorite sauce.

Chicken Pasta

Bake or fry chicken breasts in olive oil with some salt and pepper seasoning. Cut the chicken breasts into small strips. Boil some pasta and set aside.

In a pan make the white sauce and add some black pepper and salt. Then grate mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Whisk it into the sauce and add the boiled pasta. Dish out the pasta on a plate and put the fried or baked chicken breast strips on top.

Chicken Noodle Soup

When you are working or cleaning the house, it’s a cold day, or you’re sick and you don’t have much time to cook, make chicken noodle soup on slow cook. Organic or pasture-raised chicken can be tastier in soups when slow-cooked.

Chicken Noodle Soup

In a large pot, add boneless and skinless chicken pieces, chopped onions, celery, carrots, and 2 cups of water. For flavoring the soup, add a teaspoon of oregano, rosemary, freshly chopped garlic, salt, and some black pepper. Cook for 2 hours on medium to low heat. After two hours, take out the chicken and shred it with a fork. Put the shredded chicken back inside the pot and also add instant noodles.

Let it cook for another 20 minutes and it’s done. The chicken noodle soup is super-delicious and healthy.

Juicy Chicken Breasts on Stove Top

Cooking chicken breasts is quick, easy and they come out delicious every time. Ideally, you should let the chicken breasts stay marinated in the fridge way before you plan on cooking them. (for around 2-4 hours). If you want chicken breasts quickly, you need this recipe.

Marinate the chicken breasts with a mixture of some salt, ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and dried basil. If you like a zingy flavor, add a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. Coat the chicken breasts with marination and leave them aside for 15 minutes to half an hour.

In a large pan or skillet, heat vegetable oil or olive oil for a minute and then lay down the chicken breasts. Cook them for 5-7 minutes on medium heat on both sides. Don’t move the chicken breasts unnecessarily.
