Poke Holes

It is easier to poke holes in the ground with a small tool such as a screwdriver if you have a small lawn. But you would have to invest in a lawn aerator if the lawn is large and poking small holes is going to take a long-time.

Get a spike lawn aerator that has small spikes to poke holes in the ground. Or you can also buy sandals that have spikes on their sole to poke the ground. You can simply take a walk on your lawn and poke holes for aeration.

Go shopping

You don't have to spend a fortune to make your car feel like it reflects your personality and taste. One of the more inexpensive ways to add some flair to your vehicle is by going on Amazon. You can find LED lights, air fresheners, seat covers and many other accessories to get your car set up the way you want it. Most of these are also really inexpensive. Change your car for cheap by investing in some accessories that you like.

Buy stocks on dips

Smart investors buy when the rest of the market sells. When there’s a blood bath in the stock exchange, it brings an opportunity for investors to identify cheap stocks and accumulate them at a bargain price.

Buy stocks on dips

This is not an argument in favor of buying just any garbage stock when its price falls, sometimes there may be a good reason for such a fall. A great way to sniff out good quality cheap stocks is performing a relative valuation. The Price to Earnings (P/E) ratio is generally a good way to gauge the market. If the price falls below the historical averages, take a closer look and see if it's because there has been a fundamental change in the company or is it a result of a systematic or superficial reason.

If it's because of a fundamental change, stay away. However, if there’s no fundamental change, this is a good buying opportunity. When the price corrects, you stand to make plenty of capital gains. But when computing if this will double your money, be sure to factor in taxes.

Take Breaks and Stretch

If you have a job that requires you to sit in front of a screen for prolonged hours, you need a strategy so that you sit but avoid the pain. To stay pain-free or lessen the sciatic pain, take small breaks, and stretch your body.

Find a place where you can stretch. If you have a common room, waiting room, or garden at your office, use it. Do some quick yoga postures such as the baby pose, cat and cow pose and dog pose to release the tension created in the body while sitting.

Use an air fryer

If I had to give out an MVP award to one of my kitchen appliances, my air fryer would win it by a landslide. It is a complete game changer for reheating food. For pizza, place a slice in the air fryer at 350 degrees for only a few minutes. The pizza crust doesn’t get tough and chewy like it usually would in a microwave. The pizza comes out almost as if you had just had it delivered!

Jump rope

While I'm more of a weight lifting kind of person, my mom loves doing cardio. After a few months though, she had grown tired of jogging on our treadmill. She bought a jump rope a few weeks ago and feel in love with it. Jumping rope is a great way to get your heart rate up and your sweat going. Try to build your stamina by going as long as possible. It may be hard at first, but you will definitely get it! Jump rope

Juicy Chicken Breasts on Stove Top

Cooking chicken breasts is quick, easy and they come out delicious every time. Ideally, you should let the chicken breasts stay marinated in the fridge way before you plan on cooking them. (for around 2-4 hours). If you want chicken breasts quickly, you need this recipe.

Marinate the chicken breasts with a mixture of some salt, ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and dried basil. If you like a zingy flavor, add a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. Coat the chicken breasts with marination and leave them aside for 15 minutes to half an hour.

In a large pan or skillet, heat vegetable oil or olive oil for a minute and then lay down the chicken breasts. Cook them for 5-7 minutes on medium heat on both sides. Don’t move the chicken breasts unnecessarily.
