Best Ways to Crack your upper back

1

Without a Chiropractic

So I found out my own way of popping my back that works incredibly well and is also very fast.

I sit on the floor (carpeted) Then I relax and fall on my back. (the first time I do it very slow just to know that I am not going to hit anything) Then I do it again and relax, I blow the air out of my lungs and I fall. (lifting the head slightly so that it does not hit the ground). Sometimes I force my back back to give it a stronger force and then I relax it just before it hits the ground and this works great, do it 2-3 times. and it's great.

Sit and Rotate

Sit comfortably on the floor and extend your legs in front of you. Bend your right knee and cross it over your left leg. Place your right hand behind your back and your left hand on your right knee. Now turn your torso to the right to look back. Look over your shoulder and stretch as much as possible. Pause for a few seconds and then return to normal. Repeat the same on the other side.

Lower Back Rotation

Lie comfortably on the floor with your legs straight with your arms extended in a straight line at shoulder height. Now bend your knees and move your hips to the left side first so that both legs move to the left and touch the ground. Bring it back to the center and repeat the same on the other side.
