Best Ways to Handle bullies

1

Use a neutral tone

Speak to your bully in an assertive tone without any emotion. It will communicate to the bully that you don’t intend to be victimized. The tone does not ask for an apology, neither does it challenge the bully. Challenging the bully only feeds their need for attention and the sense of power that they seek.

Project confidence

Bullies feel less powerful when you don’t cower. They begin to doubt they deserve your respect. In fact, they will admire your confidence. So, when a bully does their thing, don’t hit them back with the same attitude. Instead, win them over with a courteous, strong, firm demeanor.
