Talk to someone you trust

Everybody processes breakups in different ways. Some people don’t like to talk about their feelings and prefer being left alone after a hard breakup. Others feel a tugging need to talk about what is happening to them even if it is just so that someone will listen to them. If this is you, go to someone that you trust and tell them what you are feelings. They may be able to give you some valuable insight or a different perspective that you hadn’t thought of before.

Keep your vibrations high

According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you are sending out to the universe. To attract more of what you desire, you have to raise your vibration. Vibrations are signals that you are sending to the universe. Ensure that you send positive and happy signals around. Make time to spend at least 10-15 a day to do something that makes you feel good to ensure your vibration stays high.

Bargaining Power

Bargaining power comes in many forms. You may have more bargaining power than you think. The key here is to understand your strengths and weaknesses. Apart from the obvious metrics like market power, bargaining and negotiating can be possible in terms of time (deadline timeline) and relationships (a long-term relationship).

Jump on Trampoline

Jumping on a trampoline can help you jump higher because it provides the additional push that you need. It also motivates you to keep trying and it’s a lot of fun to do. If you have a lawn, get a trampoline or get a membership in a trampoline park.

Contacting Twitch Streamers

Contacting Twitch StreamersWho knows that gaming could be such a fantastic way to raise money for good causes? Don’t surprise your employer

No, this is not a service you are providing. This is for your own good. You will need a good reference from your current employer in the future. If you leave abruptly or during an important project, he is going to develop some hard feelings.

When you have made the decision, try to finish off any important on-going projects first. If you interact with clients, let them know who to get in touch with in the future. If possible, provide the particulars of handover in a document to your employer. When you finally let the employer know about your intention to resign, be willing to offer help in setting things up for when you leave, including training your successor.
