Unnatural sleeping patterns make you unhealthy and lazy. Whenever I have trouble at night, I try relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation. If that does not work, I indulge myself in a small bedtime snack to shift the mind and body to sleep. Chamomile tea, lemongrass tea, cherries, oatmeal, and whole-grain cereal with milk are some of the foods that I consume before going to bed.
If you can’t sleep because of stress, try to get them out of your head. I usually write them down in my diary. Moreover, I turn all the lights off and put my phone away as they are major distractions for me.
Boiling water is the easiest and the oldest way to purify the water because it kills the germs. Boiled water is good for you if you are suffering from diarrhea or bacterial infections. In a large pot boil the water for 2-5 minutes and remove it from heat. Let it cool completely, then use a microporous sieve or 100% cotton cloth to filter the impurities.
This is a rather tricky one for several reasons.
First, treats are not super nutritious, so they don’t offer a lot for your cat’s overall health.
However, they may help your cat put on a few pounds because they are calorie-dense.
But again, more treats may whet the cat’s appetite for meals.
So, the best way to go about it is to disperse small portions of treats throughout the day, with no treats 3 hours before the meals.
When it comes to bed bugs, you don’t want to take any chances. Seek s professional pest control and ask them to clean every spot that has been infested. Throw away any accessories that have not been cleaned for a long time. You don’t want to keep anything that can further create bed bugs.
Kids are usually very keen on imitation and learn most of the things they know by watching adults do them. When the kid sees you using the toilet, they will take notes and realize that this is the way they're supposed to relieve themselves.
