Mass-Loaded Vinyl

MLV is specifically made for noise control. It’s a flexible material that you can hang on your walls or lay on the floors to keep the sound out. If you want to significantly reduce the sound transmission through your walls, sandwich the MLV between layers of drywall.

Keep it Simple

There's a misconception in the world of law that you need a bunch of complex conjunctions like 'heretofores,' etc. There's no rule stating that you need to use a weird dictionary to make your contract viable. You can keep the contract simple and draft it in easy English without unnecessarily overcomplicating it with difficult words.

Add updated appliances and home system

Reducing your home maintenance issues is another way to add value to your house. But how can you do that? Well, I tried replacing my old appliances with upgraded ones and installed partial home automation and security system.

Take a good look around your house. If your roof is leaking, fix it, if you have security issues, get a security system. Replace your beater with an automatic coffee maker and see how things turn out for you and your family.

Ditch alcohol

If you’re already taking insulin or diabetes medications like meglitinides or sulfonylureas, consuming alcohol can cause your blood sugar to drop to dangerously low levels. Drinking alcohol makes your liver work on removing the alcohol from your blood instead of focusing on the regulation of blood sugar.

If you absolutely must drink, switch to a wine spritzer or light beer.

Cutting back your alcohol consumption will also help you resist the urge to overeat. This will bring you other physical benefits as well, in the form of reduced weight – which also helps control diabetes.

Stick to the context

Analyze the situation you are in at the moment and then introduce yourself accordingly. Are you going to introduce yourself professionally or casually? Where are you- at a business event or a friend’s party? The gathering, place, and the environment matters a lot when it comes to introducing yourself.

Every scenario is different. Therefore, it is best to understand whether you need a casual tone or a professional one. If it is professional, understand the room. Are you introducing yourself to the employers, stakeholders, or your colleagues?
