Exercise and physical activity

Exercise is one of the best ways to combat a buildup of stress and anxiety. It is most effective when it becomes a part of your weekly routine. If you exercise regularly, you are less likely to feel the effects of stress as much as someone who does not exercise. Taking part in regular physical activity can help improve the quality of sleep you're getting every night as well as your confidence in yourself. Exercise and physical activity

Think Space

A functional kitchen needs enough space for you to move around and handle 3 or more cooking projects at once. If you are someone who likes to cook often and gets accompanied by a partner and family in the kitchen, you need more kitchen space. In such a case, your kitchen space should be ideally the size of your living room because you want to spend half of your time in the kitchen with them.

Be it countertop or floor space, you need ample space. A great way to nail a kitchen design that works for you is to use at least 3 sides of your kitchen for counter space and add a kitchen island if you can leave approx. 3 feet space between the cabinets and kitchen island.

A Single File

If you have a single file that is taking up a lot of storage space, such as videos, this method may be for you. Zipping the file will reduce its overall size and make it easier to handle along with the rest of your data. Here’s how you can get started.

Step 1: Locate File Explorer on the Windows 10 taskbar (the folder icon).

Step 2: Locate the file you want to compress.

Step 3: Right-click on the file.

Step 4: Select Send To on the menu.

Step 5: Select Compressed (Zipped) Folder in the next menu.

Step 6: Rename your new ZIP file, and press the Enter key.

Get creative

Next time you're feeling stressed, try putting those feelings into a creative outlet. Grab a piece of paper and a pen and start sketching, or mess around with some paints. It doesn't have to be perfect, and trying to make it perfect will stress you out even more. Just focus on having fun and experimenting and making something that's uniquely you, no matter what it is.

Don't

Depending on your style, the most aesthetically pleasing way to organize a bookshelf may be to not organize it at all. Many like the disheveled look - it adds visual interest and keeps your home from looking too stuffy and sterile. You can even play around with the alignment of the books, place some books horizontally, and some vertically, to make the shelf look more interesting. You can even place a trinket or two on the horizontal books to personalize the shelf and make it more uniquely you.

Write your notes out

Even though it is easier to type everything out on a tablet or laptop, writing your notes by hand is actually better for long-term information retention. While it does take longer to write out class notes, it also forces you to think about the topics being talked about. In order to keep up, you will need to paraphrase in a way that you can understand later. It keeps you from trying to get down every detail by making you focus on the important concepts.

Listen to Them

If you want to express your love for someone listens to them more. A good rule of thumb is 80/20 which means let the other speak 80% and speak only 20%. Listening to the person you love; helps you understand them better.

When you will lend your ear to them and listen to them with attention, they will feel comfortable opening up about themselves.
