Engage

While YouTube doesn’t come off as a social media platform right away, it’s important not to overlook that it still asks for plenty of social interaction. If you’re piling up videos nurturing your community in the comments section, you’re doing it wrong. YouTube, much like Google, rewards channels that see a lot of engagement.

YouTube checks the average time spent by viewers on your channel, likes vs. dislikes, watch time, and the most important – comments. If you can, it’s always best to respond to as many comments as possible.

Avoid Belly Bulge

If you are underweight, you would want to gain weight and eat more. You might be thinking that eating healthy is for when you want to lose weight not gain weight. But when you are trying to gain weight, eating a lot of unhealthy food, in a short period will not distribute the weight all over the body and mostly make the belly area bulge.

To avoid such a condition, eating a healthy diet is vital so that you gain weight consistently and your body becomes well-nourished. For sustainable weight gain, eat a protein and healthy fats diet more than three times a day.

Call Your Audience to Action

A speech that does not call the audience to action cannot be called a successful speech. Ask your audience to do something. If you want them to save and invest money. Tell them to stop buying too many things each month and put the money in an IRA account to earn compound interest. Promise a great result so they do what they had been avoiding for a long time.

Visit the 9/11 Memorial

The stunning memorial is quite a place! You’d think people would walk around with moments of silent contemplation and think about the most horrific American tragedy. Well, it’s quite the opposite. Upon visiting, you’ll see people all around you posing for selfies and taking pictures with their families.

On your way to the memorial, also take a quick stop at St Paul’s, the oldest Manhattan church that still stands. The church was a basecamp for rescue workers post 9/11 for resting and eating.

Also, be sure to book your visit to the memorial beforehand because the queues can be pretty huge.

Work

If all else fails, start a job. There are millions of students in the world who work 10 hours job a day to support their tuition expenses. Find a high-paying job if you can, to make more money.

Not everyone should end up a barista or work at Mc. Donald’s. If you have a skill that can land you a good job, use it. An office job where you have to work while sitting in a comfy chair is far better than a hectic job that requires you to stay on your feet for 8 hours a day.

College is not 24/7 fun. At the end of the day, you have to think about your future and how you will manage your expenses. A survey revealed that people who graduated less than 10 years ago were unable to buy their own house because they had college loans to pay. College loans hold you back when you want to take risks in life and start your own business. Make informed decisions to prioritize your career.
