LATHER, RINSE, REPEAT

Rinsing your skin with warm soapy water or rubbing alcohol within about an hour after touching the poison ivy can remove the urushiol and help you avoid a rash, or at least make it less severe. You will also need to wash anything else that comes in contact with the plant. Urushiol can remain potent for years. Skipping cleaning could lead to another rash later on.

Some people swear that dishwashing liquid can help remove oil from the skin. Other specialty washes include products from brands such as Burt's Bees, Ivarest, and Tecnu.

Foaming Cleanser Brush

Electric foaming cleaner brushes have a set of rotating brushes that use a facial cleanser to clean your skin. They are harsh on the skin and can also exfoliate the skin. Use a foaming cleanser brush on the skin to exfoliate and then wash the skin with water. Apply a moisturizer to avoid dryness and irritation.

Pick the right environment

Studying can be very effective if done in the right place. Trying to study in a loud house with kids or in a bed where you could easily fall asleep will not work. You need to go somewhere quiet where you will have enough room to work. It's also important to feel comfortable in your space. Don't go to an unfamiliar coffee shop where you're going to feel self-conscious. You need to be 100% focused on the material in front of you.

Dont shy away from eating carbs

If you plan on training long and hard, your body will need a healthy dose of carbohydrates as fuel so it can sustain the constant effort and maintain the glucose stores in your body.

Dont shy away from eating carbs

If you don’t, you’ll end up breaking down your muscle for protein, and subsequently carbs. Low-carb diets and intense bodybuilding training is not a good combo. Based on the volume and intensity of your training, for each pound of body weight, your body will need about 2.3 - 4 grams of carbs per day.

With lemon juice

The acid in lemon juice makes it an all-natural cleaner, and great for removing rust stains.

Start by rubbing salt all over the rusted parts of your tools. Once coated, squeeze a lemon all over the salt-coated area and let sit for two hours. This will loosen the rust and from there you can just scrub it off. For super tough rust stains, try using steel wool or a scouring pad, and a little bit of elbow grease.

Bleach

White clothes often get stained with coffee or grass stains because no matter how hard you try it is impossible to avoid the inevitable stains. To remove stains or whiten the clothes, dip washed clothes in half a bucket of water and 2 cups of bleach.

Mix the bleach in water and then dip clothes to avoid directly bleaching the cloth. Bleach can also kill viruses and bacteria in your clothes.

If you don’t like the smell of bleach in your clothes, you can wash them again with detergent as regular.

Oranges

It can be difficult to consume water in winters because you don’t feel thirsty. But thirsty or not, hydration is necessary for maintaining good health. If you love oranges, add orange juice to water and make it interesting. You will need a citrus juicer and some oranges. Clean and cut 2 oranges in half. Squeeze them on a citrus juicer and separate the juice.

Oranges

Pour half a liter of water into a bottle or jug and add the orange juice. You can add a few fresh mint leaves as well. Stir it and enjoy. Use a straw to drink directly from the bottle or pour it into a glass of water.
