Step 3: Sign in using your Amazon login credentials.

Step 5: Open the book, and get down to reading.

Invest in a Solid-State Drive

This relatively inexpensive upgrade will result in a dramatic performance improvement, particularly for aging systems. It will make your PC feel more responsive, and shorten the boot times significantly.

If your PC is already fitted with a SATA-based SDD, take it up a notch with an NVMe M.2 drive to improve your PC’s general responsiveness and boot times, although not as significantly as with a hard drive.

Consider taking supplements and vitamin tablets

Whole foods have all the nutrients you need for a healthy body. But many people like me have allergies to whole foods such as nuts. Therefore, many people struggle to meet their daily nutritional needs.

In such a case, supplements are a convenient package to overcome the nutrient deficiency. Two of the most preferred supplements are fish oil and soluble fiber. While soluble fiber supplements help you to stay full throughout the day, fish oil supplements are great to consume omega-3.

These supplements lower your blood pressure, blood cholesterol, and chronic inflammation. Moreover, it prevents the risk of heart diseases and promotes good mental health.

Make changes to your current budget

That’s where the magic of discipline works. If you want to save enough for your retirement life, you must be mindful of how you spend your money right now. Many people who want an early retirement usually live on 50% of their income. You can earn more, spend less or do both.

To know where your money is going, it is essential to create a budget. This way, you would know where you can save money. There are so many budgeting apps out there to make this tedious task a little easier.Make changes to your current budget

Buy a fitness band

The market is flooded with fitness trackers across the price spectrum that come with a slew of features in addition to sleep tracking.

Buy a fitness band

These compact devices track the duration and quality of your sleep. High-end devices will also bring several exciting features to the table such as sleep phases and environmental factors.

Basically, the fitness tracker will ring your alarm during a phase when you’re not sleeping very deeply, which theoretically makes it easier to wake up.

Use Sunscreen During the Day

To protect your skin and promote a more even tone and texture in the long term, Dr. Hogan recommends that everyone wear sunscreen every day.

You should look for a sunscreen or a moisturizer with SPF that has at least 30 SPF and broad-spectrum protection, which means it protects against both UVA and UVB rays. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, be sure to select one that is non-comedogenic, which means it won't clog your pores. But really, the most important thing is to find one that you like enough to wear every day.

Lateral Walks with Resistance Bands

Wear a resistance band between your lower legs and walk sideways. Put one of your feet at least 15 inches apart. Bring the other one close and then repeat. Take 50 steps a day or more to shape the legs. You can find resistance band sets online and at any fitness supplies store.
