Mist plants in morning

You do not need to mist your plants all day. It will do more harm and less good. Plants need their leaves dry because it is what they use for absorbing CO2. That is why you should mist all your plants in the morning. Why? Because after misting in the morning, the leaves will dry throughout the day and the plant will be able to continue its CO2 Cycle. Make a routine of misting your plants early in the morning and you can relax for the rest of the day.

Turmeric

Turmeric has major healing properties and can be used to clot blood and heal any injury. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric with 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Apply this paste to the scars and let it dry. Wet your fingers and massage the area for a minute. Wash it off and repeat this 2-3 times a week. You will see results soon.

Plan, Plan and Plan

The only reason why people have to change careers to begin with is a lack of planning. Regardless of the actual reason, the root of the problem lies in mediocre planning of your career. If you're really looking to change careers, you have to plan out everything.

Start researching about your interests and your skills. What do you possess that a company would want to pay for? Maybe the music you make in your free time can be sold somewhere. Maybe the comics you make occasionally can transcend into a graphic designing career. You have to figure out two things.

1 - What skill do I have that people would pay for?

2 - Who would want to pay for the skills that I have?

Once you answer these two questions, you can easily transition into a brand new, successful career.

Find Them Support

If the person suffering from bulimia is too stressed and their health is deteriorating, help them find support. Make them attend therapy sessions and undergo counseling. Do not force them unless they are severely ill. Talk to their doctor if there is any way you can help or make things easier for them. 

Move more

The only way to really burn calories is to make your body work harder. You can do this in a multitude of ways, some relatively painless.

Of course you could start incorporating exercise into your daily routine. Start going to the gym after work, or do some yoga when you wake up.

If you work in an office, consider getting a standing desk. Standing burns more calories than sitting, and if you're working 8-hour days, those calories can add up. It's also better in the long-term for your back to be standing rather than sitting.

You can also start parking further from where you're headed and walking the remainder of the way. Again, it's only a small change, but eventually, it starts to add up. Alternatively, you could skip driving altogether and walk or bike on your commute. Also consider taking the stairs rather than an elevator or escalator. Using your body more will burn more calories and leave you feeling lighter and more energized.
