With QuickTime - For Mac Users

For making your video smaller using QuickTime, launch the app from the Applications folder. Drag your file or click File > Open File for loading your video. Next, click File > Export as, and you’ll see the following options: 4K (wherever applicable), 1080p, 720p, and 480p. Choose from these options and continue to export your file. The new file will be smaller than the original file.

Romantic getaway

Plan a trip with your loved one to an exotic location, perhaps a destination that she has always wanted to travel to. Speak to the flight attendants beforehand and explain your plan to them. When you’re in the air some 30,000 feet above Earth, go down on one knee and propose through the plane’s loudspeaker system.

Learn data structure and algorithms

Data structure and Algorithms are the heart of programming. Once you are comfortable with any of the languages and can make some basic programs, the next thing to do is learn data structures and algorithms. You will get better at building your problem-solving skills if you understand the fundamentals of data structures and algorithms.

Understand that not all data structures can be used everywhere so for any kind of problem, first implement an algorithm. This is a step by step process to solve a specific problem, and then you need to choose the right data structure to solve the problem. The right combination of data structure and algorithm is really important in solving the problems.

White vinegar

Fruit flies usually like to hide in areas with a lot of moisture, such as your sink drain, shower drain, toilet and garbage disposal. There's a quick way to flush them out using white vinegar. To get rid of them immediately, boil a pot of white vinegar and pour the hot liquid into the drains. This will kill them immediately. If you don't have white vinegar, you can just boil water and do the same thing.

Invest in S and P 500 index

The S&P 500 index is one of the safest ways for new investors to enter the stock market. The listed companies are huge corporations that have been in the business market for a long while.

Buying stocks and bonds of such companies are a safer investment with low-risk. The gradual growth in share price and regular dividends over time are the most attractive features of this 2020 investment.

The stock market has been shaky during 2020 due to the pandemic which has created great opportunities for buying stocks. Shares of many great companies have been selling at record low prices since the market took a 9.5% dip in March.

Drink plenty of water

A big part of why we get hangovers is because alcohol dehydrates us, by suppressing a hormone called vasopressin. This hormone inhibits urine production in our kidneys. So when this hormone is suppressed, we urinate more, thus dehydrating us. Some symptoms of hangovers are actually the result of severe hydration, and if you sweat or vomit while hungover, you'll need fluids even more.

Drink plenty of water (ideally while you're drinking, before you get a hangover). It will ease your symptoms significantly. Just make sure not to drink too much at once or else you might become even more nauseous than you were in the first place.

Cut Down Refined Carbs

Carbs are readily turned into energy when they are consumed and digested in the body. Carbs or sugar turn into glucose that our body stores as its energy reservoir or in other words as 'fats'.

When you are burning fat in your body, you need to stay away from building more fats. Cut down refined carb-containing foods such as cookies, white bread, and cake. Instead, make fresh vegetables, meat, and beans a part of your healthy meal plans for burning fat.
