Make a packing list

Before you start yanking clothes out of drawers and stuffing them in your suitcase, sit down and make yourself a packing list for your trip. Making a list ensures that you stay organized and don’t overpack. It also keeps you from forgetting any essential items, like prescriptions or contact solution. Keep your list once you begin packing so that you can cross items off as you add them to your suitcase. Make sure to prioritize essentials and minimize any bulky items.

Use a vacuum cleaner

The most effective and efficient tool for wall dusting is a vacuum cleaner. We all have them in our houses and never think of how useful it is in multiple scenarios. You just need to have the right attachments for the job. With the proper attachments, you can not only dust your walls, but dust the ceilings as well. Try to start from the top to bottom to capture the most dust without making a mess. But you can also use a w pattern of dusting for saving time and energy.

Popcorn Proposal

A lot of men like to keep things private and intimate and if your boyfriend is one of them then a great way to propose is to pop the question when you are alone. Watch a Rom-com with him and hide the ring along with the box in the base of your popcorn bowl. He’ll find the box upon finishing the popcorn and that is when you can propose to him.

Specify payment obligations

Always specify who pays whom in the contract when the payments must be made. Also, add the conditions for making payments. As money is always the main issue, it should be very detailed. Put the method of your payment in the contract as well. If you are going to pay in installments or only when the work is completed, then say so with date, time, and requirements.

Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees

Sleeping on your back is the best position to relieve back pain. Your weight is evenly distributed and spread across the widest area of your body when you lay on your back. As a result, there is less strain on your pressure points and your spine and other organs are in alignment. This is how you can sleep in this position:

1. Lay flat on your back

2. Place a pillow underneath your knees and keep your spine neutral. The pillow is important as it levels the curve in your lower back.

3. You can also place a small, rolled-up towel under the small of your back for added support.

Turmeric in Soups

Soups are great for beating the cold in winters. A little bit of turmeric in a bowl of soup can make the soup warmer and nutritious. Turmeric is one of the best anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory food, which makes it the perfect addition to your bowl of soup. When the soup is cooking/ boiling, add a teaspoon of turmeric per 2 cups of soup and let it cook with the soup.
