Avoid gatherings

If your friend is throwing a party at her house and there are going to be more than 10 people at the party, don’t go there. It is okay to meet your friends and family in a while but you should not be getting together with a bunch of strangers in a small place. Politely refuse to them if you have to, or if you really have to attend it, practice social distancing as much as you can. 

Use social media

My girlfriend uses Instagram and TikTok before sleeping and I surprise her every night with a sweet good night message followed by kiss emojis. If you two are in a new relationship, you can text a simple goodbye. If you are comfortable with her, send a goodnight message with hearts and kisses.

Other than that, you can post a photo with her on Instagram to surprise her on Instagram. Sending a streak/snap with a goodnight message is yet another way to make your girl happy before she sleeps.

Limit Bunny Territory

Giving your bunny access to the whole house is not a good idea because the bunny will go spraying peeing and pooping all around the house. To train the bunny, confine the bunny in one room and let it get used to space. Slowly increase the bunny’s territory. If the bunny forgets good habits and starts disobeying you, go back to the limited territory until the good habits resume.

Keep Insulin Low

You need to reduce your insulin for the cutting to really take effect. Intermittent fasting is a great idea to reduce insulin and increase your fat burning. Experiment with a few ways to improve your insulin sensitivity, and you should be able to get cut fairly easily.

Keep a separate toiletries kit for traveling. Don't unpack your toiletries and other bathroom products. There is always a risk of forgetting it at the hotel and losing it. Most of our travel products are small and expensive, and we don't want to lose them. To streamline what you need, keep the items in a small pouch or box in the corner of a cabinet when packing for a trip.
