Use baking soda

Toothpaste brands love baking soda because of its natural whitening properties. The mild abrasive is useful for scrubbing the teeth stains away. It also keeps bacteria growth in your mouth under control by creating an alkaline environment.

To use baking soda on your teeth – mix 1tbsp of baking soda and 2tbsp of water. This should give you a paste. Brush the paste on your teeth several times a week to whiten your teeth.

However, this is not an immediate teeth-whitener. To see noticeable whitening, you’ll need to use baking soda consistently over a period of time. That being said, science has not yet been able to back the claims of baking soda whitening the teeth. But a toothpaste containing baking soda does seem to have a considerable whitening effect.

Cross-promoting on other platforms

If you already have a thriving audience at your disposal on other social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. then you could promote your YouTube channel there and invite your audience to subscribe to your channel. That’s the great thing about social media – it provides a lot of options and flexibility. In fact, it doesn’t necessarily have to be social media. If you have a blog that sees healthy traffic, you can post your videos there as well.

Exercise your body to exercise your brain

Physical exercise is a good brain exercise as well. By learning new fitness skills and yoga, you exercise your brain. Choose a different variety of exercises every few weeks to challenge your brain.

Figure out your skateboard stance

The first step to learning how to ride a skateboard is figuring out which stance you're the most comfortable with. Using your skateboard, test which foot you feel the most comfortable riding with and which should do the pushing. The regular stance uses the left foot on the board with the right foot pushing. The goofy stance uses the right foot on the board with the left foot pushing. Practice with both stances to see which one feels the most comfortable to you.

Choose Your Time and Place Wisely

Pick a time and place that allows you and the person you are about to leave some privacy from. Don't break up with someone just before they have an important test or are about to go to work. Fridays are a suitable option if you give your future ex the weekend to recover a bit.

Please don't break up with your partner at their favorite restaurant, bar, or place in a park. Choose a neutral location that has no special meaning to either of you.

Pick a time when you know you will be in a relatively calm emotional state. Don't break up with your partner after knowing that you will be staying up late for a stressful meeting at work.Choose Your Time and Place Wisely

Wash it with running water

Retainers that are new should not take long to clean. Hold them under running lukewarm water to get rid of the plaque or other impurities. You can use a toothbrush to gently scrub it. Never use warm water, leave your retainers in the sun or put them in a dishwasher or microwave.

Wear a smile

A smile is an age-old, proven method of making a good first impression. A confident and warm smile can put the other person, and even you, at ease. Smiling goes a long way in making an excellent first impression, but don’t overdo it. If you take it too far, you may come off as insincere – and that’s going to make a terrible first impression.
