Focus on objects near and far

Hold one of your thumbs close up and the other thumb at your arm's length. Now start by focusing on the thumb, then shift your gaze to the thumb at arm's length. Now, look at something that is around 10 feet away from you and then gazes far away on the road or at the end of your vision. Continue doing this and make sure that your four points of objects are in the straight line. Spend two seconds on every object and try to obtain a clear image of every item.

Avoid foods containing Polyphenols

Polyphenols are usually found in legumes, tea, cereals, wine, coffee, tea, and some fruits and vegetables. Tea, coffee, and wine are consumed in a high ratio during meals. However, they show a great content of polyphenols and hinders the absorption of non-heme iron.

Drinking a single cup of tea with a meal reduces iron absorption by at least 60%. Whether you like your tea or coffee strong, milky, or normal, it is going to hinder iron absorption.

Get rid of old music

If you love hooking up your AirPods while you commute to work, you probably have a healthy playlist on your phone. Over time, it can occupy a good deal of space on. If you’re looking to free up space, getting rid of unused tracks will help you free up considerable space.

If you use Apple music, deleting these tracks is pretty simple. Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage and look for “Apple Music”. It will allow you to delete songs individually, or if you want trash all of it there’s an option to delete all songs at once at the top.

Give Suggestions and Appreciate People

If you are good at something, give suggestions to others on how to do it right. If you are spending some time in the local park and you see kids playing football, join them if they let you in. Teach them how to dodge the ball and goal.

If you see a person playing piano at the restaurant and you are enjoying it, appreciate it and tell them how you loved each moment while they were playing it. They don’t get appreciated a lot, maybe you are the only one who can make their day.

Give Suggestions and Appreciate People

Head into the Conversation With a Purpose

If you've known the girl for a bit, for instance, if she's a colleague or goes to the same school/college, it's a good idea to head in with a topic in mind. Your intention is to talk and keep her talking. The best way to do that is to give her a purpose she can talk about. Ask for help on a certain project you're working on, discuss co-workers and classmates. However, it is important to know that you have to convert the conversation into a casual one quickly. Otherwise, there's a good chance that any conversation you start with her will be super formal.

Use a duster

To give your home a quick dusting with only one tool, try a duster. My favorite is the Swiffer duster. The fibers of the duster capture all the dirt and dust so that it doesn’t fly off your furniture and onto other things. Most of the Swiffer products also come with extendable rods so you can dust those higher, hard-to-reach places. You can purchase Swiffer products at most grocery stores.
