Best Ways to Remove pubes

1

Epilation

Epilators come in a wide range, and their price ranges between $5-$50. You can charge and reuse them for removing body hair. It can be a painful way to remove public hair but the hair grows back thinner and smaller after epilation.

To significantly reduce hair growth with the use of an epilator, use it every 30-40 days or when the hair grows back again.

Epilation

Take a warm bath, or exfoliate the skin to open the pores. Dry your skin and hold the epilator close to the skin, and move it in strokes against the hair growth. Hold the skin tight with the other hand and wash with water when done.

Don’t use water when using the epilator. Making it wet can be dangerous because it might give you an electric shock as it is an electronic device.

Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal can be done only in-office by a professional. It is permanent and painless but it can be a bit uncomfortable. The dermatologist would use a laser gun to break the hair follicles and remove the hair using a laser-beam gun. The hair removal can be expensive but because it will be permanent or semi-permanent, it is worth the price.

Using a Clean Razor

A razor is probably the fastest and cheapest way to remove public hair. Clean the razor and disinfect it with aftershave fluid or any anti-septic liquid. Wet the public hair or lubricate them with a conditioner for easy shaving. Carefully swipe the razor in the direction of hair growth.

You can also hold the skin taut with the other hand to avoid cutting the skin. Clean the skin with water when done. If there is any hair left, repeat.

Depilatory Hair Removal

Depilatories are commonly known as hair removing creams. They weaken the hair keratin and follicle that break off the hair. Using hair removal creams is safe but some side effects may include stinging sensation, irritation, or redness.

Apply the cream on the skin, covering the public hair in a thick layer, avoiding the genitals. Use a tissue to clean the genitals immediately if it accidentally comes in contact with the genitals. According to the instructions on the package, leave it on for 3-6 minutes.

Do not leave it on for longer, as it may cause severe skin irritation later. With a spatula remove the hair and wash with water. Avoid using soaps and other cosmetics that can be harsh on the skin for one day.

Using Sticky Wax

With waxing, a sticky wax is spread over the area of the skin where unwanted hair grows. Then a strip of fabric is applied and quickly removed, taking the root of the hair away. Waxing can hurt a bit while it's done, but the results last longer than shaving or waxing because hair takes longer to grow back.

You can buy home waxing kits at drugstores and beauty supply stores, but if you've never waxed before, it's best to visit a salon to see how it's done.
