Proteins provide the body with amino acids that are essential for building and repairing your muscles. Build a habit of having some protein with each of your meals and snacks. This will help boost the levels of amino acids and optimize your muscle growth.
Healthy, protein-rich snacks like quinoa, yogurt, nuts and seeds, protein bars and balls, hummus with wholegrain crackers, and muesli are all excellent choices to help you bulk up.
Instead of studying 5 chapters of Physics in one day for an upcoming exam, create a study mix. Study one or two chapters or selected topics of different subjects to absorb it effectively. Studying different subjects for shorter periods can also help you recap and consolidate everything instead of confusing it with so many things and ending up not being able to remember or understand much.
Composing music takes a lot of time when you are a beginner and when you are working on the same piece for a long time, it becomes difficult to keep tabs on what it is going to be and what you will achieve from it. To create something out of nothing, you need a plan of attack and the creative cycle is that plan.
The Creative Cycle
1. Plan - Set your parameters
2. Create - Start working on it
3. Reflect - How did you do and what will you change next time?
4. Repeat! - Do it again.
Every time you sit to compose music, take a moment to plan what you are going to compose today. Write it down in your journal to keep track of the progress. Then do it. Once, you are done, do not see it for at least a day. Review what you have made after a while and based on that, make a new plan for the next day.
LAT refers to “Look at that”. When your feline and canine creatures have been on good terms for a while, you can bring them together. To stop your dog from starring at the cat or being obsessed or angry at her, say “Look at that” and show the cat a toy, a bird, a picture, or anything that can help him take his eyes off the cat. This helps the dog get comfortable in presence of a cat and avoid his natural instinct to chase her.
We are all guilty of it. Without even thinking about it, we touch our faces multiple times every minute. It may be involuntary, but it is not great for your face. We touch a million different things every single day. When we touch our face, we are bringing all of those germs onto the surface of our skin. This can lead to irritation and clogged pores. Make sure you are washing both your hands and your face multiple times a day.
