Go for regular trims

Trimming your hair regularly prevents frizzy hair before it begins.

As hair grows, the follicles inevitably get damaged and become split ends. Once the hair splits, the fracture can travel up the strands and leave you with a dry, frizzy mess.

Getting your hair trimmed regularly and removing the split ends stops this from happening and lets your hair grow healthy and strong. You don't have to go to the salon every week either - a half inch trim once every two months should do the trick.

Use the 3-3-3 rule

This rule has helped me multiple times when I feel like my mind is racing out of control. First, you want to think about three things you can see. Then, listen for three things you can hear. Lastly, move three distinct parts of your body. This exercise helps your brain focus in on key things and reset itself. After doing this, you should feel more centered within yourself. It's a quick trick that can help you when your mind seems to be taking over.

Print them out

If you want a physical memento of your memories, printing your pictures out can be a great way to make sure you always have a physical copy. There are many ways to keep your photos organized once you print them. Many people like the versatility of using photo albums. Using an album keeps your photos organized, safe and you can easily look through them at any time. You can also use decorative photo boxes to store your pictures or put them in frames and display them in your home.

Using Balance Ball

You can make use of a balance ball as a sitting position during the third trimester of preganancy, as this can be of immense benefit to you. But make sure to buy one that fits your height. It can help prepare your pelvis for labor and even help position your baby properly.

The 5/2 diet

The 5:2 diet requires that you eat normally for 5 days while restricting your calorie intake to 500-600 calories for the remaining 2 days of the week. Women should aim for consuming 500 calories, while men can eat up to 600 calories.

The 2 fasting days don’t necessarily have to be consecutive. For example, you can fast on Mondays and Fridays. 

Look for a name that allows scalability

Let’s say you’re selling outfits and you name your business “XYZ clothing,” that’s going to limit your business’ scope to only clothing.

After a few years you’re now considering addition of other fashion-related products to your portfolio such as accessories, footwear, etc. Your name could limit your scalability in such cases.

An ideal business name in this example could be “XYZ fashion” or something else that you can think of that allows room for scalability in future.

Ink erasers

Ink erasers work well for pens that feature erasable ink. Not all pens have erasable ink, obviously. To see if your pen’s ink is erasable, check the packaging. If you don’t find the word “erasable,” your pen probably doesn’t have erasable ink. Also, erasable ink is generally blue, and not black.

If you’re unsure about your pen’s ink being erasable, first try it on another piece of paper and try erasing it with an ink eraser.

If you’re trying to erase pen ink, gum erasers and rubber erasers are not a good choice. Vinyl erasers should work for you, but be careful because they’re pretty rough and will rub the paper itself in addition to the ink.

Good Hygiene

Viral and bacterial infections spread when they stick to hands and surfaces and then make their way into your body. Washing your hands often and taking a shower every day or every other day can keep your body clean and germ-free. Keep surfaces at your house clean and use bleach or vinegar in a spray bottle to clean the tables, laptop, and other frequently used surfaces.
