Best Ways to Date without apps

Say Yes to Invitations

Staying away from people and living under a rock significantly decreases your chances of finding that special someone. Next time your friends invite you to a yoga class, or a dinner party, join them. Saying yes to invitations more often can help you get rid of your shyness around people, make networks and good friends. You might also find your soulmate one day because you said yes to going for a dinner date with your friend.

Observe Your Surroundings

When buying coffee, at the gym, sitting on a bench at the train station, or traveling in local transport, notice people around you. You might notice someone you would like to talk to and approach them in a friendly way. Talk to them about your surroundings, the weather or where they are going or what they like about the place. Ask for their number and make it clear that you would like to go on a date with them.

Meet Your Friend’s Friends

When your friends are going out with their friends and invite you, tag along. You might think that you won’t be able to get along or have a boring day but later you’ll be happy to know them. Friends of your friends are good and friendly people who can become your friends too. When they are throwing a party and inviting their friends, join them or when you throw a party, ask them to bring their friends. This increases the number of people you know and the more people you meet and know, you’ll be finding people who you can ask out. A lot of people met their partner at a mutual friend’s house or were introduced by a mutual friend so be willing to meet your friend’s friends.

Be Ready for Getting Rejected

In real life, people don’t come with signs that say “ready to date you” so finding someone you can go out with can be a little harder. Someone might even look interested in you but refuse to go on a date. Don’t be afraid of rejection and be ready to hear a ‘No’ once in a while. The trick is to keep looking until you find the one you were looking for.
