Turmeric

Turmeric is a spice that has several health benefits. Consuming a small amount of turmeric for a few days to a week can prepone periods. The best way to eat turmeric for an early period is to eat it raw or boil it in milk. Take half a glass of milk and let it boil on medium heat. Add a leveled teaspoon of ground turmeric and wait for a minute. Remove from heat and let it cool a bit. Drink it when it's warm.

You can also eat a teaspoon of raw powdered turmeric with glass water just like you would eat a medicine. Consume a teaspoon in the morning and one in the evening until you get your period.

Exercise

While it’s not like you exercise today and get your periods tomorrow, exercise does seem to help prepone your period. Do a bunch of abdominal exercises and step out for a walk.

Exercises help boost your blood circulation. Also, moderately intense exercises are a good way to minimize the discomfort caused by PMS symptoms.

Have sex

Sexual activity leads to improved blood circulation, particularly in the pelvic region and the uterus, stimulating periods.

That being said, always use protection (condoms or contraceptives) during sex, otherwise you may end up pregnant and delaying your periods a little too much.
