Preserve the fragrance of colognes and perfumes

Proper application of scent is key to preserving the fragrance for longer.

- Spritz some of your favorite perfume onto your hairbrush right before you brush your dry hair.

- Spray the cologne on your pulse points. Doing so enables the scent to mix with your body chemistry. But be sure not to rub the cologne into your skin.

- Roll-on perfumes are an excellent choice because you can use it exactly where you want, and it also eliminates the issue of over-spraying.

P.S.: Pulse points include the back of your knees, your wrists, the small of your back, the back of your neck, and the crooks of the elbows.

The power of salsa is unmatchable. The dip makes pretty much any food taste great. For a savory touch to the scrambled eggs, add some salsa when it’s cooking or doing. You can prepare fresh salsa or use leftover salsa.

Eat more fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables contain 80-90% water. They are the best alternative to frozen food. Fruits and vegetables with the highest water content include:

- berries

- melons

- oranges

- grapes

- carrots

- lettuce

- cabbage

- spinach

It is not necessary to eat only fresh fruits, frozen fruits are just as nutritious and hydrate your body. You can also make a smoothie with fruits and Greek yogurt and hydrate your body.

Eat frequently

You need about 2,800 calories for building 1 pound of muscle. However, you can’t just eat the right number of calories and be done with it. You need to disperse it across your day. Generally, eating every 3 hours is ideal.

It’s critical that you eat the right foods at the right time to increase your muscle mass. Eating more smaller meals compared to a few large meals decreases the size of your stomach. It will curb your cravings, trim your waist, and keep you full for longer.

Not eating for an extended duration can result in over-eating at your next meal. To stop this, remember to eat at a fixed time every day, and eventually, your body will begin to feel hungry at such fixed times.

Make Goals

Life loses symmetry when you are suffering from depression. Set achievable goals every day. No matter, how small a goal is, be happy when you achieve it. Make showering and laundry your goal for the day. If you manage to do it by the end of the day, treat yourself and appreciate what you did.

Take one day at a time. You might not be ready to change your life right now, but you can start changing each day.

Make a DIY carpet cleaner

Remove as much of the stain as you can with a damp paper towel. Then, combine 1/4 cup of white vinegar, a tablespoon of dish soap, and 1/2 a cup of warm water in a bowl. You can also add a very small amount of laundry detergent if desired.

Using another paper towel, dip into the solution and dab the stain thoroughly until it starts to disappear. Keep dabbing, scrubbing very gently when necessary, until the stain is gone. Let sit until dry, and the stain should be gone. If not, repeat.

Healthy Diet

The benefits of eating healthy foods extend beyond the waist and into our mental health. A healthy diet can reduce the effects of stress, strengthen your immune system, improve your mood, and lower blood pressure. Excessive intake of sugar and fats can have the opposite effect. And fast food can look more attractive when you're under a lot of stress.
