With all the work and commitments we juggle, it’s important to carve out some time when you can connect with yourself. It doesn’t necessarily have to be early morning; you can meditate anytime during the day that you’re able to find the time. Just 10 minutes every day will help you nurture a deeper relationship with yourself and promote spiritual health.
