Compliment their Smile

Complementing someone’s smile can really get them to smile. If you are interested in a guy or just simply admire their smile, tell them that you like their smile. When you compliment someone’s smile, they often feel an urge to smile at the compliment. The compliment makes them feel good about their smile and they think about your compliment.

Vinegar

Although prolonged use of vinegar can cause discoloration of the granite counter-top, you can use it once in a while to disinfect the counter-top. Vinegar is effective in killing most types of germs, which makes it a natural disinfectant.

Pour one part water and one part vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray the entire surface of the counter-top and wipe with a cloth. If you don’t have an empty spray bottle. Dip the cloth in the vinegar-water mixture and clean the counter-top. To avoid watermarks, wipe away the excess water with a dry towel or cotton cloth.

Change the Color Scheme

Mac OS has a pretty clean and sleek interface that I personally adore. However, you do get tired of looking at the default system color, which you grow out of overtime. If you really want to freshen things up a bit and personalize the UI, change the default color scheme of the OS. Go to System Preferences > General and swap out the default highlight color to something else. You can either choose from the eight default options or opt for the 'other' option, which allows you to pick a color from a palette.

Avoid trans fat foods

Not all fat is bad. So you won’t have to cut back on all of them. Avoid eating trans fat or unsaturated fat. If you use soybean oil to cook your food, you might want to reconsider as they contain a good significant amount of trans fat. Besides abdominal fat gain, these fats are also associated with heart disease, inflammation, and more.

Manage light exposure

When you’re exposed to light, your brain stops the production of melatonin (the sleep hormone). This helps you feel alert and awake. On the other hand, when you’re in the dark, your brain feels it's time to hit the hay and starts producing melatonin, which makes you drowsy.

Manage light exposure

If you’re having trouble waking up, open the curtains, go for a walk, or sip on some coffee standing on the balcony. Exposure to sunlight will tell your brain it’s time to wake up.

If you’re having trouble going to bed on time, make sure you limit your exposure to light a few hours before bedtime by dimming the lights and staying away from blue light-emitting devices such as a smartphone, TV, and computer screen.
