Clear app cache

Almost all apps cache data on your android device’s internal memory. Over time, this can really build up and take considerable space. It’s not uncommon for cache data to exceed 1GB – that’s a lot of space.

You could clean out the entire cache data by navigating to your phone's Internal Storage settings, or you could clean the cache for each app separately.

You won’t e able to see the results of push-ups on day#1 but you’ll definitely see your triceps, chest, and shoulders coming into shape after 30 days. Consistency is the key when you start pushups. You may feel too energized to do thrice your regular one day and go on for a few days in a row doing nothing. If you want to see improvement, you need to do push-ups regularly. Results

Get Less Snacks

We all understand that we need snacks sometimes when we are starving and getting rid of them altogether will only make us grumpy this is why you should never get rid of them completely. Keep a few “emergency snacks” at home for those nights when you don’t eat dinner or eat less.

You can also choose to keep healthier snacks at home, such as granola bars or banana chips. Tell yourself that snacks are for the situations when you are very hungry not for eating all the time and if you eat them, you won’t get more for the rest of the week.

Avoid touching the face

On average, humans touch their face 3-5 times every minute. Your hands have been God knows where, and when you touch your eyes or nose with it, you’re potentially giving the germs a free pass into your body.

To avoid this, avoid touch your face often. Occasional fidgeting is fine, but don’t touch your face out of compulsion. Also, wash your hands frequently so when you do touch your face, your hands are clean.

Think about the angle

No matter what you're splattering fake blood for, whether for a short film, or a costume, or a really mean prank, to get the full effect, you need to take into account the angle of the splatter and from what part of the body the blood came from.

Make sure you do your research. If the blood came from a main artery, it would likely spray quite a bit. If the victim was on the floor when they started bleeding, the spray would be closer to the ground and in the direction the wound was facing. If it's a smaller wound, and a person is dripping blood, a cut higher up on the body (or even just from a taller person) would have more splatter when it hits the ground than on a lower cut, because it's falling from a greater distance.

Don't get stuck in major and minor tonalities

We culturally agree that major tones are always “happy” while minor tones are “sad.” But if this was the case, then they would evoke different emotional responses when you hear them. Setting a box on tonalities just oversimplifies the idea and is rather widely flexible in practice. So, set your own tonality and think of it as composing your own scales that you have created for a specific purpose.

Use a powerful quote

Tap into another well-known person’s credibility by quoting a wise person. Make sure, however, that the quote is relevant for the audience.

If you’re speaking at a charity event, for example, start by using Gandhi’s quote, “Mahatma Gandhi once said, ‘Be the change you want to see in the world.’ We must ourselves take the responsibility of making the world a better place rather than relying on someone else to take action.”
