Nail your elevator speech

An elevator speech is as short as 30 seconds. It is called an elevator speech because when you are in an elevator with an investor, 30 seconds is the amount of time you have to start the conversation and impress the investors with your idea.

In these 30 secs, you need to tell every important aspect of your company/idea. The goal is to get the investor interested enough to ask you further questions. Your elevator speech should cover three main parts:

What you do - Talk about your industry and the type of product.

Problems and Solutions - What pain points do most customers find in general and how your product solves that.

Why you are different from your competitors - Tell them about your strengths and what sets you apart from others.

Create a personal meeting ID

Use an air fryer

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: nothing beats an air fryer when it comes to reheating food. Breadsticks can be so hard to reheat without making them taste like warm cardboard. They get so stiff and it can be hard to eat them after they’ve gone cold. However, putting them in your air fryer keeps them from turning into a hard, inedible texture. Put the breadsticks in your air fryer for a few minutes at 350 degrees.

Recovery

If they are ready to make amends and are making an effort to fix their eating pattern, offer to cook for them or take them to their favorite restaurant. It is not easy to return from an eating disorder. They might have good days and bad days. A part of them will always want to get better, so stay patient.

Enroll them at a hospital or treatment center if their condition is getting worse day by day. Visit them at the treatment center if you are allowed and talk to them about their health. Help them stay positive when the days are dark.

Exfoliation

At-home exfoliation can reduce all kinds of skin problems. For minor acne scars, use an exfoliating face scrub to gently peel away the top layer of skin. Use an exfoliating face wash twice or thrice a week for quick results. Exfoliation also deep cleans your skin and makes it appear brighter. Don't forget to moisturize afterwards!

Air Conditioning

Get an air conditioner that filters the air. The filters can trap most bacteria, viruses, and enzymes in the air which will remove the odor from the house. Some air conditioners have nano-particles technology that can catch even the tiniest particles in the air inside their filters. Air conditioners can keep the house cool, circulate air, catch dust, filter out odors and micro-organisms effectively as well.

Read out stories and stick to their favorites

Bedtime stories are every child’s favorite bedtime ritual. This is a great way to set the mood for sleep time and for you to spend some time with your child after a long day at work. Try to read your child a different story. Dim the lights before you get into bed with them. Layout a deal that they’ll have to try and get some sleep after you’ve read so-and-so's page.

Make Peanut Butter Bars

To make peanut butter bars, use granola or oats, puffed rice, some nuts and seeds, chocolate, and a combination. There are no hard and fast rules when making a peanut butter bar. they are healthy and great for gaining muscle. Mix enough peanut butter to make the mixture sticky. Grease a butter paper and lay it on a pan. Spread the mixture and let it bake or stay in the fridge to harden. Cut into pieces of your choice and enjoy!
