Eat more egg yolks

Vitamin D is essential to our diets as it helps build and maintain our bones. If we think of vitamin D, it is normal for us to immediately think of the sun. However, if you live in certain parts of the world, it is likely that your exposure to the sun is minimal, especially during the winter.

One way for you to consume more vitamin D is to eat more egg yolks. Egg yolks are full of vitamin D, and they are relatively easy to include into your diet on a regular basis. Some chickens are even fed vitamin D enriched grains that will increase the amount of vitamin D intake of the eggs.

Lay your baby face down on your lap

Burping your baby after they have fed is important so they do not feel sick and get fussy. One of the most effective ways to burp you baby is to lay them face down on your lap.

Place your baby's stomach on your legs and gently rub and pat their back. This will help remove all the air bubbles from their stomach after they have eaten. Make sure to support the babies head and don't pat too hard.

Use a grater

One of the best and quickest ways to zest a lime is to use a grater. The zest will come out small, and perfect when you are baking. Wash your hair with rice water

One of the most effective ways to take notes in college is to print out your lectures before you arrive to class. If you print your lectures out beforehand, you will not have to waste time typing or writing out information that is already available to you online. This will help you add in more details when your professor is talking, that you may have otherwise missed. Add notes here and there to your pre-printed notes, and pay attention to the details that your professor is focusing on.

Make sure to listen to what they say

Even if you are set on breaking up with your boyfriend, it is always important to let them have their turn to speak after you have. It is important not to interrupt them when they are speaking, because it is their feelings, just as you did. A lot of people use coconut oil as it does not taste as bad as other oils, and it has more natural health benefits like reducing inflammation in your gums.

Use vinegar and laundry detergent

Blueberries a delicious to eat, but sometimes they can be messy and cause us to stain our clothes.

In order to get the stain out it by mixing 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a 1/2 tablespoon of laundry detergent in a sink filled with water. Make sure that the water is cold, and soak the item of clothing for 15 minutes.

Afterwards, rinse your clothing in cold water and throw it into the washing machine and wash again. This will remove the stain immediately.
