Plastic Sheets

Thick plastic sheets on windows can stop the air from coming into the house. Some people also use bubble wraps to insulate the windows because they block the entrance of air and are easy to use. To effectively winterize the window with a plastic sheet or bubble wrap, cut the sheet according to the size of the window. Tape it to the wall avoiding any untapped spots. If you are using a thin plastic sheet or bubble wrap, use a blow-dryer to heat and stick the sides of the plastic sheet to the window frame.

Follow healthy diet

If you are in your growing years, you need to take all the nutrients your body needs to grow. Your diet should be healthy and must include fresh veggies, fruits, proteins, dairy, whole grains, and legumes.

However, you should limit the intake of saturated fats, trans fat, carbs, and sugar. Moreover, you must increase your calcium in-take if an underlying health condition is decreasing your bone density and causing you to go short. Vitamin D increases bone density and is found in foods like egg yolks, tuna fish, and milk. 

Barbeque Chicken with Corn on Cob

To make the marination for chicken you’ll need:

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. cumin

2 tbsp. lime zest

Mix the for mentioned and add them in a zip lock bag, toss in the chicken and leave it for 30 minutes to 8 hours. Grill the chicken and corn on the cob and brush some olive oil on them. Remove when done. Serve with a lime wedge and rub chili and lime on the corn. Add a chunk of fresh butter on chicken and corn if you like.

Moderate your diet

Balancing your diet chart is really important to make sure you’re sleeping healthy. Cutting off fatty food and caffeine at dinner would be a start. Also, make sure to get a healthy breakfast so that you don’t get too hungry the rest of the day. Yogurt, Chia Seeds, Eggs, Nuts, Berries, Oatmeal, etc. is safe to eat at breakfast. You could also go for a nice cup of coffee at the end. But, avoid heavy meals after the evening as they will only decrease your chance of getting a night of healthy sleep.

Spinach and kale are loaded with calcium and incredibly healthy. They contain fewer carbs and are also low-calorie foods to eat when you are on a diet. The leafy greens can be cooked for dinner, or they can be used to make salads and smoothies that provide more fiber and keep you satiated for longer.

Women who are taller than an average woman are most likely to have twins. One study, backed by science reveals that women who are 5’ 4.8” in height are more likely to have twins rather than women that are 5’ 3.7” in height.

The reason is quite unclear, even for the doctors. However, one theory is that better nutrition, which is also responsible for good height increases the chances of having twins. So, if you are a man longing for twins, you should look for tall women.
