Journaling

It can be extremely helpful to put all of the thoughts and worries in your head onto paper. There's something about taking them from your mind and making them physical that is very cathartic. While it can be a relief to write out everything that is worrying you, you could also try to write out everything that you are grateful for. Reminding yourself of all the blessings and happy moments in your life can help you put your stress into perspective. Journaling

Exfoliate

Exfoliating is the process of removing dead skin from your body, either chemically or physically. It sounds gross, and maybe a little harsh, but it's quite easy. Just be sure not to overdo it.

Exfoliate

Physical exfoliation comes in the form of microbeads, or any physically abrasive substance used to physically scrub dead skin away. This is not recommended for the face, as the skin is quite delicate and it can do more harm than good. Physical exfoliation is best used on the body, where the skin is a little tougher.

The second kind of exfoliation, chemical exfoliation, uses chemicals that dissolve dead skin and bacteria for you. It's not as scary as it sounds. If you've never used a chemical exfoliant before, try using a solution with a low concentration and start applying it only once a week and very slowly working your way up.

Exfoliation cleans out your pores and removes excess oil, debris, and dirt, which are things that contribute to acne. Giving your skin that extra boost of cleanliness can work wonders if done right. Remember that everyone's skin is different, and you may need to try many different kinds of exfoliants before you find one that works for you.

Ditch disposable bags

Plastic disposable bags end up in landfills when they’re discarded. They take an unbelievably long time to decompose, and worst of all – they can suffocate animals if they consume the plastic bag by mistake or get stuck in them.

Instead, get yourself some reusable bags. Whenever you go out shopping, carry them in your car. This reduces littering and saves the lives of plenty of animals.

It’s also a good idea to stack up some reusable bags in the glove compartment or the trunk of your car so you never have to get a plastic bag just because you forgot to carry your reusable bag with you.

However, as a last resort, for some reason, if you had to use a plastic bag – use it for as long as you can and don’t discard it right away.

Just add seasoning

Avocados can be one of the easiest snacks to prepare. For a quick bite, simply cut an avocado in half and remove the seed. Then, add your favorite seasoning to the avocado. You can add the famous everything but the bagel seasoning or go with the classic salt and pepper. If you're daring, you can try to add paprika or cayenne pepper for a bit of a kick. Grab a spoon and enjoy your simple snack! Just add seasoning

Potato and Meat Cutlets

Potato Cutlets are exquisite and delicious because they have everything. Some spice, mashed potatoes, and meat. Boil and shred lamb or chicken pieces. In another pot, boil potatoes, remove the skin, and mash them.

Combine the two in a bowl and add paprika, salt, garlic powder, chili flakes, and some black pepper. You can also add celery, spring onions, grated carrots, and coriander for enhancing the flavor. In a chopper, blend the cooked meat and potatoes so that they are finely mashed.

Shape small cutlets and place them in the fridge for 30 minutes. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of canola or sunflower oil and fry the cutlets at medium heat until the outer sides are crispy. Serve them with Alfredo sauce, tomato ketchup, or green chili sauce if you can handle spice.

Cook the Meat Slowly at Low Temperature

Cooking the meat slowly at a low temperature helps soften the connective tissue that binds the meat. If you want to cook meat that melts in your mouth when it is done, cook the meat at medium to low temperatures. This helps enrich the meat with collagen that makes it tender, flavorful, and silky.Cook the Meat Slowly at Low Temperature

Vitamin D from Sun

Our body synthesizes Vitamin D when our skin cells are exposed to sunlight. Sitting out on your lawn on a sunny day can help you feel warm, and energized. If you have a vitamin D deficiency, taking sunbaths is necessary.

Lay a yoga mat or a sheet that is comfortable directly under sunlight. Lie down and read a book or play music to enjoy. Take a 20 minutes sunbath without wearing any sunblock to let the body absorb sunlight.
