Establish a thesis

The beginning of an essay should inform the reader about where the rest of the essay is going to go. After giving your reader the context they need to understand your essay, you need to establish what the main points of your argument will be. You can do this by crafting a well-written thesis statement. Your thesis is essentially the road map for the rest of the essay. It tells your reader what you will be discussing in the rest of the paper.

The body can actually burn more calories when eating lightly and frequently, than eating the same amount of calories all at once. Adjusting your diet accordingly, while a small change, is one that can drastically effect your weight loss goals.

For example, maybe you were at the top of your English class. Offer your services as a proofreader, either through the help wanted ads, or on a freelance site such as Fiverr or Freelancer.com.

If you like to draw, maybe try to sell your art online, or through local art fairs.

If you speak another language, you might be able to get a job as a translator.

Use your imagination, and the resources at your disposal (the internet, community events, etc.) to help you.

There are some community websites like a down detector, etc. It is also good to listen to the users of the website and take their feedback regularly. If users have a problem with any feature, they will usually complain about one of the community forums. So, having a dedicated employee to check the community forums and understanding the user requirement, will make the website more usable.

Skip the Sugary Beverages

Everyone likes to have a beverage in the morning such as coffee or tea that gets them going. Adding sugar to your beverage means additional calories and adding more fat layers in the body. Avoid sugary beverages especially sweet wine, lemonades, and soda drinks. Drink coffee or tea without sugar to kick start your day.

Consume plenty of healthy fluids such as water, soup, and green tea to aid your body to shed calories.
