Pick Her Up from Work
If you don’t normally pick her up from work, this can be the perfect way to surprise her. Pick her up from work on a regular day or if she's sick or stressed. Give her a call and ask her if you can come to pick her. open the door for her and carry her laptop bag or hold her hand.
Play her favorite music on your way home or buy her an ice-cream or something that she likes. Be nice to her and just ask her about her day. It can instantly make her feel better.
Leave Puzzle Notes
If you want to surprise your wife with something simple and interesting, leave her small notes that are a puzzle to a gift. You don’t have to buy expensive gifts for her, hide a dress or flowers somewhere in the house and let her search for it. You can also leave her a note to get ready by 7 to go on a date. There are a lot of ways to make her wishes come true. If you want to surprise her, the best way is to do something she always wanted to do. Your wife might have always wanted to ride a horse, jump from the sky or take a road trip on the outskirts of a sea. Whatever it is find out what she wants to do, arrange it for her to give her the best moments of her life.

Not only will this take you back to school, but your vintage approach to romance might also just impress your wife. Write up a romantic love note or letter, and pour your heart out into it. Don’t be shy or hold anything back thinking it sounds cheesy (but yes, don’t go overboard, make it sound sincere).
Sneak the letter into her bag as she leaves for work, or plant it in her car the night before. Surprise her with your move, and she will fall for you all over again.
Come Home Early
When you have special plans for her birthday or just want to go out on a date with her, come home earlier than usual (if she’ll be home). Surprise her with a gift, her favorite food, or flowers. Take her to a fancy date, to a park, or sea view. Make her feel special and loved the entire day.
